This realtor and builder, Marshall was amazing in his selling of our home and assisting in buying our next home! He listened to what our needs were and he was with us every step of the way. All of the staff in his company was helpful and supportive. His mom was with us in looking and buying our home and the good follow thru she had with us on needed repairs on the new home the seller was to follow thru with before moving in to our home was handled beautifully. They were all amazing and kind and actually after over two years still keep in touch and reach out if we need any other assistance. Within 30 days he helped me find the house I wanted, negotiate a favorable price and contract with the seller, and get the house under contract.
